  2008 Marks my 7th year in the real estate business. All I can say is I wish it was my 25th year. I thoroughly enjoy every aspect of real estate and it shows!

 Estelee had a buyer she felt would like house, which was unlisted. We agreed for her to show them our house and they contracted on it. Estelee also knew of another house not yet listed, that she felt was perfect for us, it was. We bought it. Estelee coordinated with us and all the inspections, banks, contract documents, and with the four property owners involved in this chain. She arranged for buyers to have second viewings to allow for furniture planning and kept everyone in touch, informed of progress and answered all questions. 
 She brought together 4 initially unlisted homes, by listening to buyers and understanding their needs. She coordinated the closing process so it went smoothly. We have recommended Estelee to two other people already and will continue to recommend her services. We are very favorably impressed.
