I have been married for 17 years to my husband Jim. We have a daughter a son a grandson and a granddaughter.
I was Realtor of the Year in 2003.
I hold the e-Pro designation. Have a Masters Degree in Real Estate through the Missouri Association of Realtors.
I am a SRES - Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist.
I am a CRB - Certified Real Estate Broker.  
I have completed the National Association of Realtors "At Home With Diversity" and the "Understanding Cultural Differences" with the Missouri Association of Realtors.
Currently serving as 2008 President for CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist) Chapter of Missouri. I am a past President for the Southeast Missouri Chapter and a member of Women''s Council of Real Estate WCR on the National level and State level. I am a graduate G.R.I. and C.R.S. on the National level and State level. I am serving as Treasurer for C.R.S. for the state of Missouri for 2005. I am a member of the Legislative and Regulatory Committee on the state level, and the Commercial Property Management Committee for the state of Missouri 2005, member of the Honor Society of Realtors of Missouri for 6 years, served as past President of the Cape Girardeau Board of Realtors 2001, have served as State Director for 3 years, and have been in real estate for 16 years. My hobby is oil painting. I am an active member of LaCroix Church where I serve as a Stephen Ministry Leader, and work with the youth at the church. I look forward to serving you in either selling or buying real estate.
I just received the PMN designation, for completing the Performance Management Network requirements.
